Slump

If I may just report my reading progress midway through September….well, it definitely hit a slump.

My Manfiction September PRAT isn’t moving as planned.  I only finished one as of late (The Mark of the Assassin by Daniel Silva) and made it through 1/3 each of two books (The Confessor by Daniel Silva and Gorky Park by Martin Cruz Smith).  I know these books would interest me very much (I mean, spies!) but the timing isn’t just right.  Lately, my body demands that I go to bed by 9 pm at the latest so a considerable amount of reading time’s really gone.

I also feel like going back to the YA/dystopian books in my TBR.  Zombies, too!  Let’s see.

I definitely need to get back on track.  I don’t want my August momentum to go to waste.

I’ll visit the Manila International Book Fair tomorrow; maybe that would help me hit the ground running, err, reading again.
