The start of my weekend rolled out well. That is, until I wrapped up around 3 a.m. this morning and everything went downhill. My 4 hours of sleep per day for the last two weeks finally caught up with me (I blame Lovers for this). The weather’s fine, sure, but my mind and body just stopped working that I slept and slept whenever my body touched anything I can lean on to. This is one of my lousiest moments. Plus it didn’t help that I’m a woman today – which is good because it means I can go to the beach without feeling icky this Saturday. No matter how much they tell me that IT stops when I get on the water, I just feel uncomfortable wading in the water with thoughts of it flowing anytime. Eeew.
Whatever, I am not in the mood to go to work tomorrow but I have no choice. I’m filling in for a staff who’s on leave so I’m expected to be working at exactly 6:30 a.m. I just hope my jogging buddies will have the same schedule so we can start running at 3:30. And I hope it won’t rain; though if it does, we can always spend time in the gym. Naks, parang serious na serious sa pag-exercise.
You know that feeling of wanting to just stare in a blank wall for it’s only where you can feel stability? I’m it. I’m there.
